Establish New Service
To establish new service, you must visit our office during normal business hours. We will collect your information by having you fill out a New Customer form. The following items will be required in order to open a new account to establish new service:
- Picture ID of person wishing to establish service
- Payment with Cash, Check or Money Order
- Proof of Residency

Reconnect Service
Disconnection Policy:
Accounts with a past due/outstanding balance will be subject to disconnection seven (7) days after the due date listed on the bill. Please be advised that no courtesy calls or prior notifications will be made, including the day before disconnection.
Disconnection Schedule:
- Payments must be received no later than 8:00 A.M. on the 7th day.
- Any payments received after 8:00 A.M. will pay a $50.00 reconnect, even if services have not been disconnected.
- Disconnections will not be performed on Fridays. Any account scheduled for disconnection on a Friday will be processed on the next available business day
Reconnection Policy:
Service reconnections will only be performed during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Reconnection Fee during business hours is $50.00.
No reconnections will be performed after hours.
Weekend Payments:
Customers who make a payment after 4:00 P.M. on Friday or anytime on a Saturday or Sunday will be able to have service restored only between the hours of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Saturday or Sunday. All weekend reconnections will have a reconnect fee of $100.00. Reconnection will not occur outside of these designated hours.
